Active transportation facilities that are considered safe and comfortable for people of all ages and abilities.

We are still in the design phase which includes looking at potential impacts to parking. We will be able to provide more information at the draft design phase. The intent is to limit impacts to parking along the routes.

As part of the initial planning, the District will meet with Fire, Police and Ambulance services in Oak Bay to review the plans and incorporate their feedback into the draft designs.

We will connect to Saanich Bike lanes on Foul Bay Road on the North and to Saanich Bike lanes on Haultain Road to the West.
