Background

The District of Oak Bay is planning work this winter, including the replacement of sanitary, storm and water mains. The work will also see new curb, gutter, road surface and new driveway accesses.

Anticipated start date: January 2025
Anticipated completion: June 2025

Traffic Impacts

• Periods of single-lane, alternating traffic at the intersection of Cadboro Bay Rd. and Bee St.
• Florence St. will be closed to traffic during the project, with exceptions for residents and emergency vehicle access
• A section of angled street parking on Haultain St (in front of St. Patrick's Parish) will be used as a staging area during the project and unavailable to the public.
