Background

Due to permitting delays, this project has been moved to an estimated early 2025 start. The District of Oak Bay intends to select a contractor in early 2025.

The District will be undertaking infrastructure upgrades along Estevan Ave from the Willows Beach Esplanade to Heron St, including work on a stretch of Lincoln Rd. This work includes:

• Pavement removal
• Subsurface trenching for utility replacement
• Road and sidewalk improvements, dependent on trenching

Location

This is phase one of the project, and the work will take place on:

• Estevan Ave. from Willows Beach to Heron St.
• Lincoln Road, from Estevan to Burdick Ave.
