Ripon Road Temporary Stockpile

April 30, 2025 -- A new temporary soil stockpile location is needed to accommodate archaeological screening of soils identified along Beach Drive. The Ripon Road cul-de-sac has been identified as a preferred location, approved by the province.

This stockpile is expected to be in place, starting May 1, for six to eight weeks (dependent on finds). Measures will be taken by the contractor to limit environmental impacts including dust and runoff.

  • Access will be maintained for local resident traffic, driveway access only.
  • Access to the Yacht Club will not be impacted.

We thank you for your understanding with this needed location during the project.
