Background

Oak Bay is home to many parks that hold close memories for families in our region. Carnarvon Park is one of those parks, serving as a pillar of the community.

The District of Oak Bay is looking to the long-term future of the park with a refresh of the Carnarvon Park Master Plan and Main Building design, and wants to hear from community members regarding programs, service levels and design.

Where we are today

Public engagement seeking input on the design of Carnarvon Park's activities and features has wrapped up. Staff are currently working with the consultant to take feedback into consideration for draft conceptual designs. Plans will be brought forward to Oak Bay Council and, following their direction, a public information session will be set for a later date.
